William’s engineering and design experience includes: identifying and evaluating energy efficiency projects, developing conceptual designs, conducting field investigations, generating as-built documentation, trouble shooting mechanical systems, engineering and designing new and retrofit mechanical systems, developing piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and designing controls for HVAC and other mechanical systems. He also has extensive experience in designing energy efficient HVAC systems that include thermal energy storage systems, liquid pressure amplification, variable speed drives and energy management systems.

Stephanie Foundoulis
Mechanical Design Engineer
Ms. Foundoulis changed careers from a high intensive management position with Western Digital where she was responsible for product qualification and customer quality to a position as a mother managing a household and raising small children. Upon entering back into the workforce she sought a more technical, hands-on position as a mechanical designer and engineer. She graduated from one of the highest ranked mechanical engineering schools in the country and has the innate ability to problem solve and is extremely detail focused and thorough with all of the tasks which she performs.
Stephanie’s engineering and design experience includes: performing building energy simulation modeling using E-Quest, Trane Trace 700 and Energy Pro building simulation models; performing site visits to gather existing as-built conditions and creating as-built documentation; sizing, selecting and laying out mechanical equipment and systems and creating construction documentation utilizing AutoCAD;

She has recently shifted her focus to project based work to utilize her talents at identifying opportunities, providing comprehensive proposals, managing the project and exceeding the needs of the client.
Kimberly is a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to interface with all aspects of a project including the interactions between owners, employees, contractors and service providers. She successfully manages budgets, cost targets and revenues. Jennifer Serfas

Ms. Serfas recently changed careers from a high intensive travel position with Western Digital where she was responsible for new product development and product testing and returned to her expertise of mechanical design and engineering. Jennifer had previously worked for McDonnell Douglas and Northrop Aircraft Corporation where she was a Design and Project Engineer for multiple projects which entailed CADD and simulation design calculations.
Jennifer is extremely proficient in most computer programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD. In addition, Jennifer is proficient in performing building simulation modeling by the use of Energy Pro and Trane Trace 700 programs.
